With your advisors/readers/chair/program officer/academic associate, using SharePoint for thesis file sharing is optional.

You must, however, use SharePoint (or Box, if your thesis is export controlled) to share files with Thesis Processing.

Make sure you have granted them access to your site. Check your Site Members section on the bottom right of your home screen to see if they are listed in any of those groups.
