MSSE Degree Requirements:  36 hours of graduate level course, with at least 16 at the 4000 level.   Completion of Systems Engineering Core course sequences and completion of a thesis.  {Note:  ESR and p-code requirements for Navy students generate additional requirements covered by the other courses in the matrix.}


There are two different tracks in the MSSE Program; Combat Systems and Ship Systems.  Matrix A outlines the Combat Systems track for students regardless of when they enter the program.  The Ship Systems track is represented in either matrix B or C, depending on entry quarter (spring or fall).  SE or Track Electives include courses such as:
