Welcome!

Our entire website has been updated to reflect the new thesis process, in which forms and milestones are tracked via each student's "thesis dashboard" in Python. Need help with the new thesis module? Click here.

During your graduation quarter, you are required to submit your thesis, dissertation, MBA report, JAP or capstone to Thesis Processing for review. Attending the thesis brief is the first step in the process. The briefs for June graduates have been held. A recording for DL students will be posted hereIn-person brief attendance is mandatory for resident students during their graduation quarter.

Our Submission Process page offers a step-by-step guide that includes recommended timelines.

iThenticate checkup

All unrestricted drafts are checked for originality via iThenticate. Results are provided to students and their advisors, providing ample time to correct potential plagiarism concerns before the Final Draft is submitted. The Graduate Writing Center can help students improve citation and paraphrasing if such issues were identified. Potential plagiarism identified after the Thesis Release and Approval Form (TRAF) has been routed for departmental approvals and a Final Review request has been made will be forwarded to the Dean of Students Office.
