Congratulations to Dr. Carolyn Halladay, who has been awarded the Lieutenant Command David L. Williams Outstanding Professor Award. 

The award is presented to a faculty member of the School of International Graduate Studies who has demonstrated great dedication and has had great impact on the learning and intellectual growth of our students.  Professor Halladay’s teaching, AA service, and many other contributions to the NSA Department, CHDS, and CCMR make her extremely deserving of this award.  As we say in the Navy, Bravo Zulu!
