Upon supervisory notification of an employee’s intent to leave NPS (regardless of reason), the employee’s supervisor will contact the HRO. The HRO will send the supervisor an out-processing checklist and either a staff or a faculty exit survey form, as appropriate. Forms are also maintained at the HRO website.
Employees will be given ten (10) work days from their departure date to complete the out-processing checklist and to meet with HRO for final out-processing. Please contact Ken Stewart at X2007 or email@example.com for assistance or to setup a final out-processing appointment.
Completed exit surveys may be turned in anonymously at the HRO Comments and Suggestion Box located outside the locked door on the second floor of Herrmann Hall at the entrance to the HRO or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. All survey forms are marked “optional” and will be maintained at the HRO to identify trends, areas of concern and training opportunities.
